Take this journey with me...(my first blog post)

Alright, so up until quite recently I honestly didn't even know what a blog was. And now, with a thank you to those who helped me set one up, here I am with my first blog post.

Just a little bit about what I'm doing, I am a college student aiming to get my BA in English. I LOVE books. My hobbies include reading and writing. I am currently writing a fantasy novel I have titled Beyond The Veil. 

I plan to post something on this blog at least once a week, but I don't know because sometimes I feel like I just need to ramble on and then I'll post something daily - probably...maybe. I'd love to share how I came to love reading, what my favorite books have been, my passion for story telling and how I came to be writing the book I am currently writing. I hope it will be an interesting journey that you would love to accompany me on.
